… By car

… With public transport
From Nuremberg main station you reach the exhibition with U1 or U11 in 8 minutes (7-minute intervals). At the metro station “Messe” we provide an own DWX bus shuttle during the Developer. The bus will bring you to the East Entrance bring (10-minute intervals).
… By train
Nuremberg Main Station is easy to reach by train. From here you can reach the fair by public transport (U1 or U11).
… By plane
The Nuremberg airport is served non-stop from the major European capitals. From the airport, first take the U2 to the main station and then change to U1 or U11 to Messe. The journey takes about 25 minutes.
Shuttle service
We offer a shuttle bus service that operates during the event at 10-minute intervals between the subway station and the exhibition NCC Ost. For exact travel times, please refer to the notice boards at the two stops NCC Mitte (underground station Messe) and NCC Ost. The shuttle buses leave early in the morning from 8am, after the evening events and the when the Developer Week closes.
Parking
As an exhibitor at Developer Week, you will receive a parking card for the VIP Ost 2 car park, which is located directly opposite the entrance to NCC Ost. As space is limited, we can provide one parking ticket for every exhibitor. Please place the folded parking permit clearly visible behind your windscreen so that the parking attendant recognizes your vehicle as authorized. There are enough parking spaces right next door. Please note that due to another exhibition on the fair in 2018, the parking spaced can no longer be offered free of charge unfortunately.

Register your stand personnel
In order to ensure a smooth process, we asked you to register your stand personnel in advance: online. We have already sent you your personalized ticket link via e-mail.
Discounted tickets
You also get unlimited discounted tickets to pass on to customers and friends. This in turn saves them money. You have also received the promotion link for the booking by e-mail.
Setting up and dismantling
Building
The Buildup of the exhibition will take place on Sunday, June 24, 2018 from 2pm to 6pm. During construction, you can use the freight elevator. Please note that the elevators are not suitable for goods. Your ordered equipment is available from 2pm. If you only need to build Roll-up, you can do this on Monday, June 25, 2018 until 10am before the participants arrive in the exhibition area after the keynote.
Reduction
The dismantling of the exhibition takes place on Wednesday 27 June 201 from 4pm – 7pm.
Delivery of construction
For all deliveries please use gate 1 and 1f. The freight elevator is located in the underpass of the NCC East. For small deliveries loading yard 4 is suitable, which is located directly behind the facility services.
Deposit arrangement
Exhibitor vehicles may be parked in the loading yards for loading and unloading at a charge of the deposit of an interim fee of EUR 100, – and is limited as follows:
• During construction: 2 hours, cars 1 hour
• during the running time: 0,5 hours
Delivery of your materials
Due to the point the Trade Fair accepts no packages and shipments and the material cannot be stored, there is the possibility of storing the material to Kuehne + Nagel. To do so, please contact Kuehne + Nagel:

Information about the program at your stand
We would like to inform the participants and potential participants about your offer at your stand. Please send a short message to us what’s in the pipeline. This can be like natural content that you introduce a new product or service as well as a lottery or a get-together at the booth with experts e.g.
Night events
#nightone
On 25th June 2018, there is an evening event organized by the Developer Week. You are warmly invited to the event. In addition to food and drink, as well as program, you can meet the participants. The event is open to all conference attendees, speakers and exhibitors.
Community Night
On Tuesday 26st June, the Community Night will take place. We plan three User Group meetings, a retro-gaming, PowerPoint Karaoke, and much more. The event is open with a pre-registration to everyone free of costs.
Meeting rooms
During the Developer Week we offer the opportunity to book a meeting room. If you have a meeting that is longer than a conversation at the stand or in which you need more privacy, please contact us.
Catering on site
Your exhibition presence will include the catering during all breaks. Catering will be offered in designated areas. Please take a look in the program for the coffee and lunch breaks. The caterer will build up before the breaks. Thus, you can eat before the break starts to have more time interacting with the participants.
Cloakroom
A cloakroom is available in the foyer. We adopt the costs for you.
Smoking areas
The smoking areas are located at the main entrance of the NCC Ost on level 0 and on the sun terrace on level 1, accessible by the Press Center.
Wireless
During the Developer Week we provide a separate free Wi-Fi access for you. You are not on the same network with the participants, so that the access for you is guaranteed. The credentials are:

Apps for Android and iOS
We offer you and the participants all the information about our apps. The apps include the entire program, the speakers, exhibitor’s presence and you can put together your own program about favorites in the apps.
We are optimizing the apps so that you and the participants can navigate with them during the Conference. The apps are available for Android and iOS in the stores with the name “DWX-Developer Week”. You have a different device? No problem. For you, we offer all the information mobile friendly.
